Healing Den
CBC is a way to practice and embody what a healthy interdependent relationship feels like.
This workshop is a safe container for you to explore the ways your body communicates to another and to discover the unconscious aspects you bring into each of your relationships. This awareness will guide you through the changes you will want to make to strengthen relationships in your life.
No prior dance experience needed

Available for Monday and Thursday only and requires a 50% deposit of the session. To avoid the deposit, you can call to book your session. Other appointments times may be available during the week. Please call to discover availability.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Policy:
Please provide 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Online rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your appointment. If under 24 hours please call 845-288-0694.
Late cancels are charged 50% of the total session cost.
No show appointments are charge 100% of the session cost.
